To order by mail, print the Journeys order form and mail form and payment (personal check, money order, or cashier's check) to:

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Since Journeys is registered to conduct business throughout the United States, sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate, where applicable.

For tax exempt customers, please call us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (para español 9am to 6pm CST) - to place your order by phone. You will be required to fax a copy of your tax exemption document to our customer service department before your order can be released for shipment.

Canceling An Order

Once your order has been submitted and processed, it CAN NOT be cancelled or changed at any time for any reason. Please wait to receive your merchandise, and then follow the return instructions on the reverse side of your invoice. We will issue a credit to your account in the original form of payment less applicable shipping charges.

Payment Information

Journeys accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Bill Me Later. When placing an order with a credit card, we must be able to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company. If for any reason we are unsuccessful, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.

We accept checks or money orders for mail in orders. We also accept Journeys Zap cards in addition to Visa, MasterCard and American Express gift cards. We DO NOT accept CASH, C.O.D. orders, or any gift card not mentioned above, including mall gift cards. Returns and Exchanges

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise in its original packaging with receipt within 30 days. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of the merchandise before wearing. You may return the unworn merchandise by either shipping it back to us in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, or returning it to a retail store near you. Some orders can not be returned to stores. Please see Web/Catalog exclusive returns below.  Original shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment less $7.95 for use of the enclosed UPS return shipping label. The UPS return label charge will appear as a “restocking fee” on your refund confirmation email. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return/exchange to be received and processed.

 

WEB/CATALOG EXCLUSIVE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Journeys retail stores  CANNOT accept web exclusive product returns or exchanges. You may return web exclusive product in its original packaging by using the provided UPS return shipping label found in your order for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment less $7.95 for use of the enclosed UPS return shipping label. The UPS return label charge will appear as a “restocking fee” on your refund confirmation email. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return/exchange to be received and processed.

DIRECT FROM MANUFACTURER PAYPAL & BILL ME LATER ORDERS: 

Journeys retail stores CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any items that shipped directly from the manufacturer or that were purchased using Bill Me Later or PayPal account. You may return these items in their original packaging by using the provided Return Shipping Label found in your order for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment less $7.95 for use of the enclosed UPS return shipping label. Order History

Journeys.com now has the power to show you what you have ordered online with us in the past. But, you have to have an account with us so we know who you are! Just go to My Account, login and we will walk you through the steps if you are a new account member, or select the link to View Order History. Be sure to include your password recovery hint in case you forget your password. We do not have access to your account and password information.
