Shipping Methods & Charges:
Our standard shipping method is via UPS ground. You should receive your merchandise within 7-10 business days from the day we successfully process your order. APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses will ship via USPS only. A flat shipping charge of $10.50 will be applied to the order.
APO/FPO Shipping Info:
APO, FPO, AE, CMR and other military base addresses are considered domestic addresses. These orders will ship via USPS for a flat rate of $10.50. APO/FPO orders may take 30-45 days for delivery.
Express Shipping:
For UPS 2-3 Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $9.00.
For UPS Next Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $18.00.
Express Shipping is available for in stock items ONLY. If multiple items are ordered, we will ship the in stock portion via the express service requested, and the balance via the express service as the items become available. APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses are not eligible for Express Shipping.
PLEASE NOTE:
UPS Express orders must be successfully processed by 11:00 AM CST to be shipped the same business day. We do not ship on weekends. Next Day Air orders for in stock merchandise placed by 11:00 AM CST on Fridays will arrive the following Monday.
Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous States:
Journeys will ship to any U.S. destination serviced by UPS within the 50 states. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require Express Delivery. APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses will ship via USPS only. A flat shipping charge of $10.50 will be applied to the order.
International Shipping:
Journeys.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to the iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
