Sales Tax:

Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Since Journeys is registered to conduct business throughout the United States, sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate, where applicable.

For tax exempt customers, please call us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (para español 9am to 6pm CST) - to place your order by phone. You will be required to fax a copy of your tax exemption document to our customer service department before your order can be released for shipment.

Canceling An Order:

Once your order has been submitted and processed, it CAN NOT be cancelled or changed at any time for any reason. Please wait to receive your merchandise, and then follow the return instructions on the reverse side of your invoice. We will issue a credit to your account in the original form of payment less applicable shipping charges.

Payment Information:

Journeys accepts all major credit cards and Bill Me Later. When placing an order with a credit card, we must be able to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company. If for any reason we are unsuccessful, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.

We do accept checks or money orders for orders placed through the mail. We also DO NOT accept CASH, C.O.D. orders, or gift cards other than Journeys Zap cards, including visa/mastercard and mall gift cards. Note: Zap cards are currently not redeemable online, however, if you would like to use your Zap Card as payment, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. Please call our Customer service Dept. at 1-888-324-6356 (para español 1-866-322-9099) to place your order.



Returns and Exchanges:

We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise in its original packaging with receipt within 30 days. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of the merchandise before wearing. You may return the unworn merchandise by either shipping it back to us in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, or returning it to a retail store near you. Some orders can not be returned to stores. See Web/Catalog Only Returns below.

Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item you will not be charged additional shipping and handling. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be received, processed and to appear on your credit card statement.

In the event you need to return your order (or a portion of your order), a prepaid UPS label has been included with your order.  For quickest processing, please affix that prepaid label to the outside of the box for your return.  If you do not have the prepaid label, be sure to send your return to the address below and include the return/exchange form provided with your order.

WEB ONLY Returns and Exchanges:

WEB EXCLUSIVE ITEMS
Journeys retail stores CANNOT accept WEB EXCLUSIVE product returns or exchanges. You may return WEB EXCLUSIVE product in its original packaging by using the provided Return Shipping Label found in your order for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item you will not be charged additional shipping and handling. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground.

We guarantee all products against manufacturers' defects for 30 days. We reserve the right determine whether merchandise is defective and to repair or replace defective merchandise if necessary. We will not accept returns on merchandise not in its original packaging.
 


Order History:

Journeys.com now has the power to show you what you have ordered online with us in the past. But, you have to have an account with us so we know who you are! Just go to My Account, login and we will walk you through the steps if you are a new account member, or select the link to View Order History. Be sure to include your password recovery hint in case you forget your password. We do not have access to your account and password information.
