Store Purchases

Journeys now gives you 365 days to decide! That's right! We allow all unworn merchandise, in it's original packaging and with original receipt, to be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are also excluded. Journeys retail stores CANNOT accept items that were purchased using a Bill Me Later or PayPal account, or items that shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Online Purchases

You may return the unworn merchandise by either shipping it back to us, or returning it to a retail store near you. Please make sure to check the fit and comfort of the merchandise before wearing.

You will be charged $7.95 for the use of any label provided by Journeys, or you may choose to ship the merchandise back to us with a shipping provider of your choice. On the back of the invoice in the package, there is a Return/Exchange Form. Please fill out this form completely and include it with your return/exchange package. If you do not have the Acrobat Reader, you can download the reader from Adobe.

Online purchases that are shipped directly from one of our retail stores will not have the return shipping label included. To request a return label to be mailed or emailed to you, please Contact Us. Store shipments will have a return form enclosed, but you can print one HERE! Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive and process the return, and either refund your card or ship the new merchandise. The return address is provided below.

Journeys retail stores CANNOT accept items that were purchased using a Bill Me Later or PayPal account. 

For online purchases shipped directly from our distribution center, you will have a return label provided in your shipment. The labels we provide are NOT prepaid. You will be charged $7.95 for the use of any label provided by Journeys, or you may choose to ship the merchandise back to us with a shipping provider of your choice.

When exchanging an item, you will not be charged additional shipping. On the back of the invoice in the package, there is a Return/Exchange Form. Please fill out this form completely and include it with your return/exchange package.

We guarantee all products against manufacturers' defects for 30 days. We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise is defective and to repair or replace defective merchandise if necessary. We will not accept exchanges on merchandise not in its original packaging.
