The Brand

Hailing from San Diego, the OSIRIS Shoe Company was founded in 1996 by Tony Chen, Tony Magnusson, Brian Reid, Doug Weston and Laura Kim. The team saw a void in the skateboard industry and sought to create a brand of pro-designed and endorsed footwear.

Over a decade later OSIRIS is still working closely with their team of professional skaters, bmx riders and freestyle motocross riders to develop shoes with outstanding technical features and to ensure their footwear is both functional and stylish.

Shipping + Returns

Shipping Methods & Charges

Our standard shipping method is via UPS ground at a flat rate of $4.95. You should receive your merchandise within 7-10 business days from the day we successfully process your order. PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses will ship via USPS only. A flat shipping charge of $4.95 will be applied to the order. APO/FPO orders may take 30-45 days for delivery.

Express Shipping

For UPS 2-3 Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $9.00.
For UPS Next Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $18.00.

Express Shipping is available for in stock items ONLY. If multiple items are ordered, we will ship the in stock portion via the express service requested, and the balance via the express service as the items become available. APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses are not eligible for Express Shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:
UPS Express orders must be successfully processed by 11:00 AM CST to be shipped the same business day. We do not ship on weekends. Next Day Air orders for in stock merchandise placed by 11:00 AM CST on Fridays will arrive the following Monday.

Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous States

Journeys will ship to any U.S. destination serviced by UPS within the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require Express Delivery.

UPS EXCEPTIONS: APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses will ship via USPS only. A flat shipping charge of $4.95 will be applied to the order.

Puerto Rico orders can take 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Journeys has teamed up with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Returns

returns and exchanges

We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise in its original packaging with receipt within 30 days. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of the merchandise before wearing. You may return the unworn merchandise by either shipping it back to us in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, or returning it to a retail store near you. Some orders cannot be returned to stores. Web exclusives or online purchases paid with a PayPal/Bill Me Later account cannot be returned to stores. For Online/Catalog Only Returns, please see the "direct from manufacturers/paybal & bill me later returns and exchanges" section below.

Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item you will not be charged additional shipping and handling. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be received, processed and to appear on your credit card statement.

In the event you need to return your order (or a portion of your order), a prepaid UPS label has been included with your order. For quickest processing, please affix that prepaid label to the outside of the box for your return. If you do not have the prepaid label, be sure to send your return to the address below and include the return/exchange form provided with your order.

Direct from Manufacturer/PAYPAL & BILL ME LATER Returns and Exchanges

Journeys retail stores CANNOT accept items that shipped directly from the manufacturer or that were purchased using Bill Me Later or PayPal account. You may return these items in their original packaging by using the provided Return Shipping Label found in your order for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item you will not be charged additional shipping and handling. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground.

We guarantee all products against manufacturers' defects for 30 days. We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise is defective and to repair or replace defective merchandise if necessary. We will not accept returns on merchandise not in its original packaging.
