Met my expectations, love the style, it is very cute and comfortable and it is nice that there are flat cute shoes out there for those of us that always want to look nice but have to do a lot of walking!

The only thing i found bad about this shoe is that it stretches alot. I needed to buy a 1/2 size smaller in the black to make sure they fit right. My brown ones stretched out alot and are about 1/2 siz too big! Super comfy and great for teachers!

They don't hurt my feet; I wear them to work where I do a lot of standing. They don't stay on the back of my feet though; however, I do have narrow feet.
