I. OVERVIEW
The Journeys Kidz “Rock Your Domo” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) starts on January 1, 2013 at 12:01AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 31, 2013 at 11:59 PM PT (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion will consist entirely of a sweepstakes.

A) ELIGIBILITY
Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Employees of Journeys (“Sponsor”), and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion. Individuals who have received a prize award from Sponsor in the last twelve (12) months may not participate in the Promotion. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

II. THE PROMOTION

A) HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, individuals may enter into the Sweepstakes by following the “Rock Your Domo” link at www.journeyskidz.com and following the instructions provided.

B) GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT NOTE: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. All entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible for the drawing. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person. Sweepstakes Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limit will be void. All Sweepstakes Entries become property of the Sponsor once entered.

C) RANDOM DRAWING
Five (5) potential winners will be randomly selected on or before February 10, 2013 from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for the drawing.

D) WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within one (1) week following the drawing and (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to complete, execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release (where legal) within (10) days of date of prize notification materials. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, or if Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Participation Terms, the prize will be forfeited, and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected for the drawing. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one (1) prize per person for the entire Promotion.

E) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES
One (1) custom skateboard deck (ARV $100) featuring the Domo character, and four (4) gift packs containing Domo merchandise (ARV $100/each). Prizes shall be provided directly to winners by Sponsor, courtesy of Big Tent Entertainment LLC, The method of delivery shall be chosen by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with acceptance and use of his or her prize. Once potential winners are selected and notified, each winner must follow the directions provided by Sponsor in the notification provided the winner in order to claim the prize. The failure of a potential winner to claim a prize may lead to forfeiture of said prize.

III. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Promotion or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, each participant agrees: (a) to abide by these Participation Terms and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Promotion and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Journeys, Big Tent Entertainment LLC and all their respective parents, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, consultants, subsidiaries, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses, expenses and/or damages of any kind to persons, including property damage, physical injury and/or death resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participant’s participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Released Parties are not responsible if Promotion cannot take place or if prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Participants who do not comply with these Participation Terms, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way, shall be disqualified.

IV. CHOICE OF LAW
By participating, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Participation Terms, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor or Big Tent Entertainment LLC in connection with the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effort to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By participating, participants consent to the jurisdiction of venue of the federal, state and local courts located in New York County, New York.
