The Brand

The Trend Design Group was established in 1992. It's main activity is the wholesale of men and women shoes under private label and the brand Bullboxer. The activities of the Company are based in The Netherlands, Italy, Romania and China. Trend Design's sales office is located in the Netherlands (Waalwijk), whereas the design office is located in Italy.

 

One of the unique features of the Company is it's large design department, operating in Italy. This department is constant monitoring and initiating trends in fashion. The department specializes in pronta moda, resulting in short delivery times on hot items.

 

At this moment, Europe is Trend Design's main market. Important sales regions are Scandinavia, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and the USA. Currently, Trend Design is successfully expanding it's activities in Eastern European countries, Turkey and Greece.

Shipping + Returns

Shipping Methods & Charges

Our standard shipping method is via UPS ground at a flat rate of $4.95. You should receive your merchandise within 3-5 business days from the day we successfully process your order. PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses will ship via USPS only.  A flat shipping charge of $4.95 will be applied to the order. APO/FPO orders may take 30-45 days for delivery.

Express Shipping

For UPS 2-3 Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $9.00.
For UPS Next Business Day Air delivery, add an additional $18.00.

Express Shipping is available for in stock items ONLY. If multiple items are ordered, we will ship the in stock portion via the express service requested, and the balance via the express service as the items become available.  APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses are not eligible for Express Shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:
UPS Express orders must be successfully processed by 11:00 AM CST to be shipped the same business day. We do not ship on weekends. Next Day Air orders for in stock merchandise placed by 11:00 AM CST on Fridays will arrive the following Monday.


Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous States

Journeys will ship to any U.S. destination serviced by UPS within the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii require Express Delivery.

UPS EXCEPTIONS:  APO, FPO, AE, CMR, other military and Puerto Rico addresses will ship via USPS only.  A flat shipping charge of $4.95 will be applied to the order.

Puerto Rico orders can take 3-4 weeks for delivery.

International Shipping

Journeys has teamed up with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Returns

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise in its original packaging with receipt within 30 days. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of the merchandise before wearing. You may return the unworn merchandise by either shipping it back to us in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, or returning it to a retail store near you. Some orders can not be returned to stores. Please see Web/Catalog exclusive returns below.  Original shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment less $7.95 for use of the enclosed UPS return shipping label. The UPS return label charge will appear as a “restocking fee” on your refund confirmation email. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return/exchange to be received and processed.

 

WEB/CATALOG EXCLUSIVE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Journeys retail stores  CANNOT accept web exclusive product returns or exchanges. You may return web exclusive product in its original packaging by using the provided UPS return shipping label found in your order for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment less $7.95 for use of the enclosed UPS return shipping label. The UPS return label charge will appear as a “restocking fee” on your refund confirmation email. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return/exchange to be received and processed.

DIRECT FROM MANUFACTURER PAYPAL & BILL ME LATER ORDERS:
