What is Journeys employee discount policy?

Journeys employee discount is 40% and can be applied at the following Genesco stores: Journeys, Journeys Canada, Journeys Kidz, Shi by Journeys, Underground by Journeys, Little Burgundy, & Johnston & Murphy.

Is Journeys hiring?

How do I learn about future openings?

For store positions, we are always looking for good people and are always accepting applications. If we have an opening and the Store Manager is interested in your application, they will reach out to you. Home Office, Customer Service and Distribution Center positions will be posted as they become available.

What happens after I apply for a position? How do I check the status of my application?

For store positions, please call the store you applied at and ask for the Store Manager to check on the status of your application. For Home Office applications, a member of the Recruiting Team will reach out to you regarding your application. For Customer Service positions, you can call our corporate switchboard at 615-367-7000. Let the operator know you applied for Journeys customer service and would like to check the status of your application. For Distribution Center positions, you can reach out to the HR department to check the status of your application by emailing [email protected]

Will you notify me when a job I applied to has been filled?

For store positions, please follow up with the Store Manager or District Sales Manager for updates regarding your application. For Home Office positions, a member of the Recruiting Team will reach out to you if and when the position is filled. For Customer Service positions, if a member of our team has reached out to you about an interview, they will let you know if the position has been filled. For Distribution Center positions, please follow up with the HR department by emailing [email protected] for updates regarding your application.
