Our District Managers in Training (DMITs) are the cream of the crop of our Store Managers. They want to take on new challenges and assist their DM with the District. They are able to help other stores achieve great things. The DMIT program trains managers to be ready to step into the DM role.

We do this through training sessions several times throughout the year, e-learning and classes in an area that you want to develop. We work with your manager to develop a path that is specific for you through our Journeys University program!
